Hello Sumit,
I apologize for how long I've taken to respond. I did watch the video, I've actually shown it to several of my new teammates to demonstrate the concept. My understanding is that there several other research efforts that are building on the concept. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of details on those efforts.
I don't have see anything to be concerned with regard to any of the State Farm content in either page. The only thing that jumped at out me was the sentence "Only when the research lead was on vacation for a short while I had run into some software procurement issues which I managed to work around." in https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/sdutta3/www/eportfolio-skills-communication.html. The structuring of the sentence could use some work. Might I suggest you change it to something like "While my research lead was on vacation I experienced software procurement issues which I worked through by <the steps you took>."
I enjoyed my Super Bowl and I hope you did as well.
Thanks,

Dear [Former State Farm Research Lead],
Did you watch the short video I made about [my former project] on the day before I left?
Recently I have started constructing a leadership portfolio for my Illinois Leadership Certificate. The experiences at State Farm were quite valuable though I want to make sure not to say too much. In your free time you may want to read my reflections, and let me know if you prefer that I not state something.

Also, here's an interesting article on the process of prototyping:

I hope you enjoyed the Super Bowl tonight.
